Overview of Service

GetMyReview is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses generate and manage online reviews through review funnels, automations, messaging tools, AI-powered interactions, and related features.

Our platform is intended for business use, including but not limited to:

• Plumbers
• Electricians
• HVAC companies
• Landscapers
• Insurance agencies
• Law firms
• CPA firms
• Other local service-based businesses

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Service.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of your business.
• All information you provide is accurate and current.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer the following subscription plans:

Pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice provided before renewal.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for eligible new users.

By starting a trial:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method after the trial period ends unless canceled before the trial expiration.
• A valid payment method is required to begin the trial.
• Only one trial is permitted per business/entity unless otherwise approved by us.
• We reserve the right to deny or terminate trials suspected of abuse, fraud, or repeated account creation attempts.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at steve@ensurehub.ai.

Refund Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable. In certain cases, we may provide prorated refunds at our sole discretion.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Partial subscription periods already used
• Failure to use the platform
• Trial periods not canceled before renewal
• Violations of these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other communication laws
• Generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Harass, abuse, or deceive individuals
• Engage in illegal marketing activities
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform
• Interfere with system security or operations

You are solely responsible for how you use SMS, email, AI voice calls, automations, and review requests through the platform.

Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with:

• Federal and state marketing laws
• Consumer protection regulations
• Review platform policies
• SMS and email consent requirements
• AI communication disclosure laws where applicable

We do not provide legal compliance advice.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Certain features may use artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate suggestions, responses, summaries, or automation outputs.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

• Specific review counts
• Revenue increases
• Lead generation results
• Search ranking improvements
• Customer response rates
• Business growth outcomes

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including customer behavior, market conditions, business reputation, and implementation quality.

User Data & Privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We store limited account and platform usage data, including:

• Email addresses
• Business names
• Brand colors
• Google review URLs
• Stripe customer IDs
• Anonymous session activity and event tracking

We do NOT store:

• Customer names
• Customer phone numbers
• Customer email addresses
• Actual Google reviews
• Call recordings or conversations

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Abuse of the free trial occurs
• Illegal activity is detected
• Platform misuse threatens system integrity

Termination may result in immediate loss of access to the Service.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, content, workflows, systems, and technology associated with GetMyReview remain the exclusive property of Ensure Hub.

You may not:

• Copy or resell the software
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Reproduce proprietary workflows
• Use our trademarks without permission

Third-Party Services

Our platform may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors and communication infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ensure Hub and GetMyReview shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Reputation damage
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruptions
• Customer disputes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the previous 3 months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or systems
• That the Service will meet every business requirement

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
